Hi, has anyone had much experience with this?
One of my two gtx780s went the way of the dodo but it has 3 years warranty so should be covered. Registered it on their site with sn and all sorts but when I fill in the form online I get a message saying it's been forwarded to their service desk, the call is closed please don't reply.

I then hear nothing from the service desk...
 
Did the same recently, you fill in the form online, (it said closed for me too), and then they'll reply via email with instructions a few days later.

It then took about 1 week to receive a replacement having sent my old one back to them in the Netherlands.
 
OCUK handled my MSI warranty for me. Took two weeks to get a replacement (refurbished) card. The replacement did work perfectly, but had some light cosmetic scratches to the backplate. Nothing major but I was a bit dissapointed since I sent in a pristine well looked after card.
