Whats the procedure?

I've sent OCUK a webnote regarding the issues. Its flickering and has been for some time now. Since yesterday it went flicker crazy and the entire screen filled with multi-coloured lines.

How long usually is their turnaround and how good is their warranty service.

I bought my lightning May last year.

Anywhere between 10 and 25 working days, depending how busy they are. The cards get sent for repair to MSI's RMA centre in Holland.

When you do send it back, don't send back the original box, accessories etc, just the card, otherwise you wont get them back, they will just send the card back repaired.
