Overclocking options are limited. Was looking at one myself a while back.
I used to have one. It's a good board and it did me while I was waiting for a gfx card. But there are no overclocking options and the only other major issue I found with it was under Linux (dodgy ACPI caused all sorts of problems). But under Windows is a very stable board, just don't expect too much out of the onboard gfx.
