Nope. Rot all overclocking options of any sort whatsoever ;)
Incredibly good board for use in a media centre type PC- Integrated GFX aren't bad, totally silent with regards to silly little fans & plenty of expansion slots (I was running 3 PCI cards & a PCI-E GFX card), but there is no overclocking option whatsoever.

Do you already have it? If you've not yet purchased it, get the Biostar Tforce 6100 or the DFI Infinity RS482. Both offer substantially better performance when overclocking.

You could try Clockgen?
