i noticed somit called turbo mode in the bios witch is disabled should it be on??

and 4.8t,6.4t in the cpu menu what doesd that mean and should i have it set higher running a 920 chip with it.at 3.3 with no tweaking
 
Turbo allows the cpu to increase it's multiplier when stressed, people tend to to turn it off when overclocking as it course stability problems.
