msi x99 gaming 9 ack problems

hello today I got my nice new motherboard and ram and cpu
msi x99 gaming 9 ack
g.skill ripjaws 4 16gb ddr4 2400mhz q/c
i7 5930k
got it all put together tonight after work had a problem with ram only got one stick in at the min as it just boot loops with one of the others sticks in so I think the ram is bad well one stick any ways. but also getting no signal at monitor tried different gpus still nothing also no power to keyboard. pc boots up with error codes 04 55 and 60 really need help with this or do I just need to rma thanks in advance

so i have just phoned the place i got my bits from no help at all says i have to trouble shoot it myself any help please

st update the boards Bios X99 is relatively new and compatibility probs with DDR4 do exist. Then check each stick individually using mem test at XMP. Any fails return RAM. No boot code 55 means defective RAM also. Once u tested individually if all working then add allin quad channel and move on from there.

can't even get in to bios getting no vid signal or life at keyboard

ok we have life put one ram in slot nearest 24pin and it has booted picture on screen and keyboard life does this mean slot one is broken

update. just tried all sticks in slot 5 one failed at 6f all the rest worked of do you think bios update would fix slot ones problem or should i just rma it

ok so got it working in triple channel mode slot 1 slot 3 and slot 5 asper instruction manual.but if i put last stick in slot 7 won't boot

hello i am using g.skill f4-2400c15q-16grk which is on the web site as comparable but says grr which i have figured thats just the colour of the the ram.
ok so the other day had ram working in slots 1/3/7/5 now updated bios to 2.3 but ram is still not working.
only three sticks work in slot 5 but 1 stick won't work at all. just tried slots 1/3/5 which is triple channel mode and not working.
also usb not working properly i have to unplug mouse to get it to show back up so i think this is motherboard problem
what do you think

ok so put ram in slot 7/5 boots up put one in 1 and won't boot up does this sound like cpu problem or motherboard

sent motherboard back today with ram for checking and replacement do you think i should send cpu aswell
