MSI Z68A-GD80 (G3) power off problem

I have a new build machine with:

MSI Z68A-GD80 G3 motherboard
Intel I5-2500K 3.30GHz processor
Crucial 8GB DDR3 memory
Windows 7 Ultimate

When I power the machine off in Windows, all works well, but about 5 to 10 seconds later, the machine starts up again. The machine will go into Standby mode however.

I have disabled EuP 2013
Any ideas?

is it a fresh installation? did you have any issues during installation?
