MSI Z68S G3 overclock settings recomended?

Hi.

I have the 2600k, and its water cooled, and wish to get a good stable overclock. I dont have a lot of time on my hands so hoping you guys can give me some quick settings to get me started. Im using Vengence 16gb kit.

At the moment iv turned off al eco settings

CPU ratio is 46
OLL overvoltage auto
EIST off
dram freq 1600mhz
GT overclock on
GT ratio 27
Spead specturm off
Dram vol auto

CPU features:#

Hyper thred on
Execute dis bit on
Intel Virtulization on

Idle temp 35c high 55c

So far getting BSOF when testing.
