MSI Z77A-GD65 Intel Z77 debug error 55

Hello

Got new MSI Z77A-GD65 Intel Z77 today and it gives me the debug error 55 ... Early memory initialization

it did boot @ 1st into bio's fine but when I reboot it just boot loops very quickly not even getting to bios .I didn't make any changes while in there

have tried 1 stick ram in all the slots same and same with 2nd stick ...gfx in and out and in different pci ...

MSI Z77A-GD65 Intel Z77
Crucial RealSSD M4 128GB
Corsair Carbide 500R Midi Tower Case - Black/White £69.16 1 £69.16

Whats weird is it booted fine 3x times into bio's ...running for bout 10mins fine cpu @ 32c

closed bio's then error 55

reseated cpu and booted with just cpu in and same error even if adding other components 1 @ a time

I took it down to Overclockers and it was faulty ...

New 1 boots up fine
