Ha got to laugh at msi saying because we use top quality componencts bla bla it was cooled with liquid nitrogen at minus 200 or there abouts thats why the core went to 100% overclock!

To be fair mate, without decent voltage regs and power management, it doesn't matter how cold a card gets, it just won't overclock as far. 100% is absolutely mental on any graphics card, let alone a high end one with little headroom compared to a smaller one.
