MSN 2009 blocked?

For the past fews days I've been unable to connect to MSN using the 2009 client on both my pc and laptop with the error code 8100030d. IM+ on my phone still connects fine. Anyone know of MS are blocking older clients or is something else going on?

Well it's not that. I've installed 2011 and still can't connect
