MSN 8 (Beta) revert question

Recently installed MSN 8 beta and after a bit of testing as it were, Didnt like it so I reverted back to MSN 7.5 and it seems to delete the sounds and although there in the folder there not under sounds events in the CP. Has anyone else has this problem?

I re-installed 8 again and the sounds work ok, so something has gone funky with 7.5.

Any suggestions?

Did you just install 7.5 over 8 or delete 8 first.
May be worth deleting both then installing 7.5 again.

Yeah, just tried that, still the same, no sounds work on MSN 7.5, again just checked the msn folder and they are in there... but not in the CP sounds..
