MSN alerts during DVD playback?

When watching a dvd or bluray with windvd using full screen mode when some-one signs in it still appears on screen, anyway to stop this?
Obvious is sign out of msn or turn off alerts, but just wondering if there's a setting somewhere.

My google-fu is low tonight.

Never used windvd, is there an "always on top" option maybe?

yeah there is, only problem with that I often don't use fullscreen.
I think I should stop being fussy.

Have you ticked "Show me as "Busy" and block my alerts when I'm running a full-screen program or presentation settings are turned on"
