MSN - Deafult gateway is offline...

Hey all

got a friend who is having problems with msn - she says that the default gateway is offline :confused:

any suggestions?

yea, she says it is and also her firewall is not restrciting it either

reinstall

tried a full reinstall? normally helps me out
