Scary thing is any idiot could do it to another person because it's a simple program. But it needed to be sent to that person and opened up by the victim before you could go and use the program on the host.

Any programme that will search for it?
Yep, I think thats the reasonme227 said:My Norton virus scanner from years ago started picking it up after an update. So if Norton can find it most others could.
Also did the person receive any files from someone that they ran recently, or had someone on their computer?

There is another called Avast something or other, thats pretty damn deadly, everything sets that off, its not real easy to setup though from memory.
-Mic- said:So is Avast just as good or what then? Avast seems much simpler to use
Its very good actually, im using it now. Didnt take her long to work out how to use it eitherBigstan said:Avast is the dog's, mate. I've been using it for 2 years now. Very small footprint (not a resource hog) and updates very regularly (sometimes twice in one day). Easy to use too and does everything you need it to do including e-mail, MSN, P2P etc.
