MSN Messenger keeps logging in and out.

As the title; all my contacts keep telling me to get my computer fixed because they keep seeing me sign in every few minutes.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Messenger but it is still the same. Is this down to my connection dropping or just Messenger? I don't notice any problems with my connection apart from this so I'm a little confused.

Any bright ideas?

Perhaps try another messenger client (Trillian/Miranda for example) and see if you keep getting kicked off then. If you do, it increases the likelihood of a connectivity issue.

Is it anything to do with your firewall settings?
