MSN messenger sign in problems

Hi guys,

Installed Live Messenger when I first installed Vista a few days ago... worked fine first time.

Got signed out all of a sudden (and if I remember actually now, it was around the time I installed those two hotfixes??) They're probably the problem come to think of it actually!

Anyway, before I realised that I tried deleting and re-installing Live messenger, downgrading to 7.5... deleting the registry key in the Microsoft/MSNMessenger folder... making sure my time and date were correct, etc, etc...

Anyone got any advice short of rolling back those hotfixes?

Not sure what your problem is, but the performace and reliability hotfixes haven't stopped my msn from working (assuming you ment those 2).

This is doing my nut in!!

Tried everything I can think of, it just sits there spinning and not connecting... the connectivity test says everything is fine (Great help MS )

Every other computer (albeit XP) on my network is fine, really cannae understand!
