MSN msg delivery issues

Has anyone been experiencing MSN delivery msg issues over the past 48 hours? I can send to some ppl with no issues but others it says msg cant be delivered, then after about 20 retries they get the msg.

I'm using 24Mbit+ ADSL2.

Bugga! It's driving me nuts, seems MS aren't aware of it.

Well Gaim does the same for me too - it doesn't work... it seems only certain ppl have this issue in my contact list.
