Having a small problem with MSN.
I had to set a new MSN account up for work. I spent ages adding around 100 contacts in and putting them in their relevant groups depending on what dept they work in.
Now, I work from home and we have to 'hot desk' at work meaning I have a roaming profile.
My problem is that for some reason, 80% of my contacts jump out of my groups and into 'other contacts' meaning I have to set them all up again
Anyone know why it does this and how I can get round it?
