In Live Messenger, if someone adds you to their contact list, your client asks whether you want to recieve messages from them.
Using Pidgin, this doesn't happen, and I get regular (maybe 2 a day) prawn spam which is 'tasteful' yet annoying. What am I doing wrong in Pidgin, or is this a flaw with using MSN through the Pidgin client? I've never recieved spam using the MS Live client.
