Hi,

I seem to have acquired the worm that sends .zip files to msn contacts, even though i never accepted one from anyone

Anyway, im using Vista x64 and have tried a full scan with Avast but it didn't find anything, any ideas on how i can get rid of it?

A bit OTT IMO. Get the trial of Kaspersky, that stopped the virus and nuked it for me.
