MSN + Web monitoring software (for 10-year old)

Hi there,

i want to monitor what my son is doing on his computer. He has Windows XP Home and uses Internet Explorer 7 and MSN Messenger 7.5 i believe.

I want to know:
* What sites he browses
* What contacs he has in his messenger
* What language he is using when chatting to people in MSN

If possible, i'd like the system to block him from using bad language on MSN. Also the ability to monitor this from another machine would be nice (e.g. monitor from work what he's doing at home).

Any advice on this appreciated!

1. Use of firewall/anti-spyware and anti-virus software prevents your kid from downloading or installing crap on their PC.

2. I'm using certain "keyword filters" on my broadband router, which will block sites that have certain words in their content. It works ok but i'm not sure if my list is good enough and if it will 100% block out everything.

3. I want to stop him from using "swearwords" in MSN messenger, as well as blocking swearwords from other people in chatwindows.

any idea on how to implement .3 ?
