Hi all, looking to buy some lightweight MTB armour pads - knee and elbow/forearm stuff rather than a full armour over-vest thing. Been looking at Endura, SixSixOne and Dainese stuff - any recommendations?

I'm a bit confused as how you pick the correct size, loads online simply list as Small, Medium, Large etc - any advice on that?

Cheers! :)

You'd be better heading to a shop and trying stuff on to see what fits you best.

Noticed you're in Fife as well - I'd head to Leslie Bike Shop and see what they have. Kept me right with everything until I knackered my shoulder at Braefoot Bay and had to pack it in! :D

If you go to the manufacturers website there will be somewhere that tells you how to measure your body for each size and the range that each size covers. Though as said above I would recommecended trying things on if you can first as in my experience an inche to one company means something completely different to another :p
