The Intel is dual core, compared to the AMD which is single core. Intel would also be a lot quicker aswell due to the better Core2Duo ways...
AMD - Single core, 1.8ghz/1mb L2
Intel - Dual Core, 1.86ghz, 4mb L2
AMD - Single core, 1.8ghz/1mb L2
