Much performance difference between 2mb or 4mb cache?

Hi,

Is there much performance difference between 2MB and 4MB cache on processors? (if they were at the same clock speed)
Looking towards the Core 2 Duo`s here, I cant decide to go for E6300 or E6600.

The system would mostly be used for gaming, general internet use and light encodeing (short movies etc) and photoshop.

im sure that that 6600 is UNDERCLOCKED though, so realistically there may be a bigger diference, without overclocking

It was a 6800, the multi was changed to give a corect comparison clock for clock.
