Multi card reader floppy?

First time I've come across on of these

Where does the +5v Data- Data+ gnd header go?

USB header... but I got bored of trying to work out the individual plugs on my Lian Li PC75, so don't bother connecting them anymore (have a hub in my monitor anyway).

Can't you grab the manual from the manufacturers site?

Look in your motherboard manual it will tell you where the wires go, its easy to figger out.

USB header has 9 pins, connector has 4, I'm guessing it's ok to just plug in...the right way around.

The mobo has a quick install guide only, no manual.
