I Just purchased a Asus TA-210 Series Midi Tower case its a quality case for the money but anyways according to the asus official website the powerbutton on the front is ment to change colors when it is doing different tasks i have it connected to a Gigabyte GA-K8N SLi motherboard but i am only getting one color amber and it is connected right i think anyone ever had a multi-color led or any ideas why this is happening

Thanx

Trying to think of how it could work, could it have two connectors one for hard drive and one for power.

And it then alternates, only way I can think.

Not used the case only seen one behind glass so can not really comment directly, may have a good tommorrow.

You will need to take pictures of the plugs you have if I am to make any sense of it, bit busy at the moment to look into it myself, but should be able to get you a conclusive answer fairly shortly.

BINGO:

Multi-color power LED as HDD runs

Taken from a product description, the LED will change colour when the hard drive is active, you have your hard drive LED header the wrong way round.

Sorted :)

Yeah ones for power ones for HDD, I bought one for my little brother - only crap thing about it is the cd drive - if you take the front bezel off them they button on the Asus still doesnt push the button on the optical drives, ive tried 2 drives in both different slots!

Ye i kind of knew a Asus optical drive would fit in there, but thats besides the point im not going to buy another optical drives just because Asus made it so I cant fit my normal one in there, I fit the cd rom drive the slot below the drives, hate when companies do things like that.
