Have set up a Ubiquiti AP on three floors and outdoor at my families house and was wondering what is the best way to configure for wireless networks?

At present have configured 4 different SSIDS and have them so that each WAP broadcasts only one SSID, but was not sure if this is the best way to do it to ensure handovers etc etc.

Any advice or pointers on this is greatly appreciated

Do you have a need to segregate traffic? If not then same SSID and everything set to auto will just work and be seamless.

No....no need to separate any traffic or do anything fancy. Is just 3 to 4 people using it for bog standard tintyweb.

So way to go is to set a single ssid and then tx power and channel to auto?

It is in Ealing but does not look that bad on a wifi scan.

Will make the changes and see how it goes

Many thanks for the help

Yup, just set them all as the same said. We have 350 of them in work on the same ssid. Phone just jumps from one to the next.
