Not sure if this is the right place for this but was wondering if anyone had any hands on experience with gadget insurance, specifically claiming?
Specifically, I travel with a laptop, phone and tablet most days and I've come within an inch of losing my bag on a number of occasions, which would be a fairly hefty punch to the wallet to replace. Lost my phone for a weekend too but thankfully it turned up. Obviously the best option is to stop being a numpty but 32 years on I don't see this happening.
I have theft insurance from home insurance and similar cover from a credit card provider, but the chances of my stuff being lifted from the house is minimal, as it's with me most of the week
