Multi monitor, stretching taskbar onto both screens??

Hi, just installed a 2nd monitor for my old man. Simple enough, nice and easy to have different apps running on different screens etc but what i can't figure out, if it's is indeed possible, is how to extend the taskbar across the bottom of both screens??

Can it be done and if so how???
