We have 8 TFT screens forming an 4 x 2 wall panel. Each screen has it's own PC and they are all networked. (They're actually intended as training machines, each panel representing a remote trainee).

Is there any software I can get hold of which will allow us to distribute a single stream/image across all 8 screens?

I know there's software to link several screens while hooked up to a single PC, but we're using multiple PC's.

You can control multiple computers through 1 monitor or multiple monitors from one 1 computer using KVM switches. Although as im reading your question, your wanting one image processed by multiple machines to appear on multiple screens. Have a look at http://www.plastk.net/ Where the guy has got Quake3 to run across 24 monitors processed by 12 Linux servers using Distributed Multihead X (DMX) and Chromium. Im not entirely sure how to do it, but I hope that can point you roughly in the right direction.

Just having a read on http://dmx.sourceforge.net/ It seems that Xdmx is what you need.

"Xdmx is proxy X server that provides multi-head support for multiple displays attached to different machines (each of which is running a typical X server)"

But it depends on what OS your running, as it seems this is only designed for Linux, but im sure there will be a Windows equivalent out there.
