Multi player games for small LAN

I'm looking to have some mates over for a long weekend of gaming. I'm in need of some recommendations for games to play. The last game we played was BF3. What can you recommend?

Yeah I think Flatout is one of the most fun LAN games to play. It's great going from a tense, serious game like Defcon to just smashing each other around

Left4Dead 1 or 2, Borderlands 1 or 2, Serious Sam 3, League of Ledgends, FIFA, Team Fortress 2.

Starcraft 2 is great fun over a lan. As is Dawn of War 1 & 2 and also CoH

Also TF2 but you already have that

Torchlight 2 is a must also a bargain at 14.99

I love Blur for a LAN environment game. Generates lots of banter and it's all around a great laugh.

played this on the 360 with mates a few times. definitely an entertaining game.

What are the BF3 expansion packs like?

Google Soldat. Yes its a 2d side shooter. Trust me, its epic - if you don't end laughing your arses off playing it, I will eat my actual hat.

UNREAL TOURNAMENT!!!

(UT99 over UT2004 is my preference, and anything build this side of 2006 will generally max out UT99)

Soldat's fantastic if you've got enough people at a Lan to fill a game - it's just the online play that lets it down, where every server is chock full of botters.

Some hilarious moments playing it though, well worth a punt!
