I want to be able to run game and TV card at same time on Dual monitors, will allendale be good enough for this or do i need the 4MB L2 cache of the 6600?
 
The CPU cache isn't really going to make any difference for that sort of thing. It might make your games run a tad quicker, but the difference certainly isn't vast and because it's dual core, multitasking will be great.
