hi, this is a bit of an odd one, and im sure im over complicating things, but running out of ideas now.
here is the setup, i have my main tv which i connect my pc and my ps4 to. i then have my second tv mounted to my steering wheel stand, which i also want to connect my pc and ps4 to.
for the ps4 i purchased a 1 in 2 out hdmi box and that has done the job nicely. the pc is where im stuck at.
i have a gtx680 which has 2 x dvi, 1 x hdmi and 1 x display port. both tvs only have hdmi. i purchased a display port to hdmi adaptor, but i cant get a signal from it, i looked online and i think you need a display port ++ or something for the adaptor to work but i might be wrong. i then thought about dvi to hdmi cable, but then the second tv wouldnt have audio.
i dont want both screens on at the same time displaying the same thing, its basically if someone is on the pc/ps4/watching tv, someone else can use the ps4/pc.
so does anyone have any idea how i can get around this?

Why can't you use another switchable 1 in two out hdmi box and use the single hdmi port on the pc like you have with the ps4?
Am I missing something because it's after 8??

sorry i meant to say, i considered that, but for some reason when i tried it with the box i have, the scaling was out on the second tv and it was missing the edges, i think it is down to the main tv being 1080p and the second being 1080i but for some reason the ps4 didnt suffer this

ok, i went and bought a DVI-D to HDMI cable, and it does infact carry sound too if you turn it on in Nvidia Control Panel, so have sorted out the problem :-)
