I'm in the process of trying to sort myself out, I want to become a little healthier, I not fat, quite the opposite in-fact but that doesn't make me healthy, I released this the other day after doing some weights for the first time after years, man it was hard going, harrrrd, after that I tried some push ups and after 20 I was like :confused:wtf is wrong with me :o, so I've started eating better food and allot more of it atm, I'm eating allot of pasta meals, egg's, salads etc and healthy snacks in between, I'm drinking allot more water also and trying to cut down the alcohol a little,

Now the thing is I'm wondering what Multi-Vitamins would be best to take as there are so manny different types out there, is it worth even taking any? Do you guys use them ?, I'm also vegetarian so I was wondering if there are any vitamins that I should be taking to help compensate for the lack of meat/fish in my diet, any recommendations ?
