Multimedia Toolbook software

I have a program that works using this piece of software which is built by Asymetrix Corporation and i am want to edit the program but I don’t have an idea how I could adjust this software. Please could somebody advise me on how this could be achieved?

No idea about the software, but a brief Google reveals that their site features a 'developers' corner' and links to user groups. Can't say it was particularly challenging to find that out.
