Hi I was wondering if anyone what fps people are still playing as I was looking into maybe cod black ops 1 or 2 as its only £7 key for steam.

I just want one I can play casually and not pay a large price for as I wont be on it 24/7 :p

I bought black ops 2 recently and there is still plenty of servers to chose from. Not much point getting the expansion packs though as there is hardly any servers with people playing them. The zombies mode is a bit dead though which is a shame.

When I say plenty I mean about 20ish that aren't modded. Half seem to be Nuke Town though.

My two boys play black ops 3 but it looks to futuristic for me lol I remember liking the first one and number 2.

BF4 is £8 so not bad, whats it like to play online?
 
BF4 is still very busy, lots have come back from hardline, you can still find a lot of good servers. As with all online fps you get your fair share of idiots and hackers etc.. but mostly just ignore chat and try to stay with your squad.

Yeah BF4 has a huge following. You wouldn't have any problems finding games to play. If you want the full BF4 experience you'll need to factor in the price of the premium DLC pack though as well.

I only wanted something to start me off the last online I played on the pc was more than 15 years ago :eek:

So would the basic BF4 still be better than say black op 1 or 2 then.

I'm playing with an xbox 360 pad :o
 
You can get BF4 + premium for less than £25 on Origin I think :)


So....do it :)

And also Battlefront deluxe Edition is less than £30 :)

not sure how long those prices will last though

Excellent I just read it comes with 10 maps so they will be good enough for me.

I will let you know how I get on. Any tips would be great for starting off :)

100% best FPS game for me at the moment is , 3 rounds 10mins each so quick games is Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege @ £27

You Attack one round & Defend the next , If you have played CS you will love this even better, this game is more realistic than CS , I have't stopped playing it since I got it and I've only got better and better at it. I have played all the FPS games and this is my top FPS at the moment.
