Multiple bootable installer-ISOs on USB ?

What's the best method or software for doing this these days?
Basically want a USB Drive that can be used for installations with multiple OS's.

i.e. Server 2008
Server 2012
CentOS 7

I use this and its a godsend. Drop your iso's into the _iso folder and you can select them from the display. As far as the computers concerned, it will then treat it as a CD/DVD/BD drive including bootable support for OS install.

You can also use a rooted Android phone with DriveDroid.
