If all screens are to have the same repeated display then a suitable HDMI matrix or HDMI splitter would do the job, the splitter being the cheaper and simpler option. Might be tricky to find one to do all 10 at a reasonable cost though so maybe a couple of smaller units could be daisy chained.
I use two splitters in a line at home to have Sky available on 3 screens simulatenously over a run of 50M HDMI and that works well.

Maybe you should take a look at the MAtrox products, like this one:

They can handle a loots of screens..
But, as you say you wanna them for gaming, you should take a look at the new Sapphire 7950 Flex-Edition, which allows you to connect up to three screens without using active adapters..
So, having this girls in CrossFire may allow you to set up that amount of screens..
Advice: all this kind of solutions (multi-displays) seems to need that more than one of it MUST be displayport capable, so you should check your screens connections..
A way to go, send an e-mail to Sapphire to see how to configure the amount of displays you want to set up..
If you need to span one screen along another 10, then what Tealc said.. It's called splitters, and there's a plenty of good brands out there..

When the cards are CrossFired you can only use the outputs from the first card.

Yes, I know that for "normal" cards (so to speak) but the fact that those Flex-Editions can connect up to 3 displays without using active adapters, maybe those girls can manage that set up..
That's why I tell him to speak to Sapphire, to see if they have something under sleeve...
But, using the cards individually, not CrossFired, allow to manage all the ports on the cards, but the performance will onlye for one card..
