Multiple people having access to one mailbox simultaneously?

Hi there,

We currently use eudora for our office, but with the data folders being stored on a networked drive. This works but it means only one person can have access to the email at the same time which is a pain.

Is there any software that allows us to all have access to the email at the same time? For example, if a message gets filed then it instantly shows as filed on the another machines etc...
