Just been watching the Gadget show where they had 3 xbox 360's setup up in a mini network, each running a copy of forza 3 and each with their own screen to give a better cockpit view inge.

Was wondering if there was a way to do a similar thing but only using 1 xbox 360?

My initial thought is a 1 to 3 HDMI splitter box, and 3 PC TFT monitors with HDMI input.

If it as simple as this, can anyone suggest the most ideal screen to use with as little frame as possible to make it appear virtually seamless and the best settings to use to get it configured correctly in Forza 3?

Budget wise, I'd like to get it as cheap as possible........

If you used a splitter, all three images would be the same. Not front and either side views. You need 3 360's to run 3 games at once, each providing a different point of view.

3 xboxes, 3 Copies of the game, 3 monitors, 3 times the cost. Does it equal three times as much fun. Not likely.

Exactly, its not a case of how can I split the signal into 3, its a case of your Xbox can only render 1 image not three. You need 3 Xbox's to give you the 3 different views.
