Hopefully someone will be able to help me.
I work from home on my own personal computer. I would like to separate my personal and professional setups but while using the same computer.

What I want to do is install XP on one drive for work.
Then on another drive, I want to install XP and Win7 for myself.

I know I can do this but how do I go about making it easy to switch between them without needing to set a boot device in the BIOS each time I want to switch from work to personal?

Ideally, I'd like it to ask which of the three installs to load when I start my PC up.

Easy. Partition your own drive into at least 2 partitions, one for each of your OSes. You can leave your work drive as one partition as it is only going to have the one OS.
Install the first XP onto one hard disk for work. Set it up etc, then install the second XP (your own) onto your drive's first partiton. You should then have the Option of which XP to boot from. Then install Vista onto the second partition of your drive. You should now have three OS options to choose from. Install EasyBCD (google it) to sort out the naming, time given and default OS and you will be sorted. The computer will ask you which OS you wish to boot from when it starts up.

Done. Hope this helps you out. Any questions don't hesitate to ask :)

Thanks Matt,
I knew how to install it all but didn't know about setting default OS and whatnot. I haven't checked it out yet but EasyBCD sounds exactly like what I was looking for.
Now I know what I'm doing next weekend.

Thanks again.
