Multiplier not changing

Hi, fairly new to overclocking(my last effort was my old X58 system), had a good read though the X78 overclocking guide and so far i have:

125 strap
125 BLK
34 multiplier

4.25GHz @ 1.3v

Now the multiplier in the bios is set to 35 for 4.375GHz but in windows on cpuz it shows 34x125

Is there something i am missing ? specs in the sig and thx in advance.

What motherboard you using???

WHich CPU etc. Need more specifics here.

Here are the pics of the bios as it is set atm and of cpuz once in windows, some of it is a bit hard to read because of the reflection on the screen.

Seems stable at these settings atm tho not done that much testing, did a couple of runs of RealBench and just done a bit of gaming.

I sorted the multiplier issue, it was Real temp resetting it every time i started it up even with the disable turbo option unchecked so just use core temp now.
