This is a noob's question; assuming one had a rated speed of 3500MHz, assume one scenario was using a 7x multiplier and 500MHz on memory, the other with a 10x multiplier and 350MHz memory.
Which of the two, if any, would be faster (assuming for 3D work and vid editing)
