Multiplier vs bus speed AMD

Multiplier mainly only changes the cpu frequency. the bus speed affects lots of other speeds like the ram. its more complicated to use the bus speed because you have to monitor and change voltages on lots of components as well as the cpu.
The bus is the HT ref Clk. Its 200 and you can increase it.
Linked to this there is a number of other components; one of which is the CPU speed.
If you want to just increase the CPU speed by the HT ref clk you need to turn down the other components which iirc are the CPUNB, HT link and the ram (forgot term).
If are they are all the same speed then yes; you will have two CPUs running at the same speed.
