Multirotor, multicopter and quadcopter discussion - The Drone thread

Yeh 30mm is probably be too much, will see if there is smaller ones.

You think these type of spacers would be OK for landings that much be a bie harder?and have m3 screws either side of them with loctite

Maybe the 20mm ones or 10mm if I can find them, I can find 20 but not 10

how thick are your arms, 3mm? get 5mm so you have 8mm of space. put a m3 bolt right through an nut on the other side. mine and many others are like that, my esc fit fine.

10mm would work too, any bigger is over sized.

Yep, although I need to find a spacer that's threaded right through, will have look tomorrow. A lot of them including the one I was looking at have sections with no threading in the middle so you have to screw in from both ends

Nothing special, got my mate on the gimbal controller, we have some awesome plans though once I get a bit more confident and experienced

My arms are 3mm yeh.

They look good. I will go for those 5mm ones, Im pretty sure they should fit the escs in, if not I have a few small washers to use, I will probably end up using a washer either side anyway.

Tolerances that's the one thing im worries about possibly making the arms or frame more vulnerable in a crash now to breaking

H33D fitted and re positioned the fixed FPV camera. The H33D is at least twice as steady as old £40 one... should have done it ages ago

You can see the possibilities with the Inspire, it's such a tool.

Something I always fail to do is not concentrate on flying but rather framing shots... it's a tough thing to do especially once you have a ton of cash floating in the air
