Multirotor, multicopter and quadcopter discussion - The Drone thread

You know you have the servo style wire 3 colours, I snipped the brown one but carefully soldered back together with a thin layer of solder and some brown leccy tape.

Cheers for the links I will run the auction till near the end and make a decision on weather to pull

The naza is doing well so I think I'll leave that on the bay for Max exposure

To be fair you'll only get £110 ish on the FB pages for the Naza so I would hold out.

Frame kit you can let it run and always cancel the auction. Ah yeah they are thin, i caught mine on the F550 and did the same to fix it.

Yeh thats what I thought, had an offer of 120 for naza on multirotor forums but I'm hoping it will get in to 130-140 atleast on ebay

I'm not giving up the hobby just didn't get in to flying the bigger one. I was on my racing one most of last summer along with the bixler fpv foam plane and didn't really get in to the whole stable filming thing, I want to fly fast through fpv and record it

Issue is you'll have eBay and Paypal fees sadly so you lose out still.

This year I want to get a Bixler and learn to fly. I'm busy with my big bird Tarot TL6X001.

Built an F450 clone over crimbo using spare parts to do some testing on.

Currently trying my new FC and getting use to it which is totally different to anything else I've used

I bought an EZUHF setup the other day as it was cheap.

It took me a few attempts at the bixler to fly but once you get in the air its great :) I have the bixler 2. Although I need to order new fuselage for a tenner. Get some crossweave tape over most of it to protect

Just done a final value fee calculator, if say item went for £140, eBay fee £14 and £5 paypal? really?have they put the ebay fees up or something, used to be less than that

I flew the bixler first time after just practising in a sim, like you say once it's in the air you're fine.

I got a battery that's a bit heavy for mine so it constantly want's to nosedive, must get another battery so I can take it out again.

That's right

Cleanflight or Baseflight? Just building an Emax Nighthawk 250 and having fun and games with the Skyline32 FC and a Spektrum ar6210 receiver. Can bind the DX8 no problem, but get nothing on the FC when I run the config app.

You on about naze chip (cleanflight/baseflight) or naza which is DJIs controller ? :p

Yeh cleanflight I think is the better of the two, although I'm not a massive expert on their pro's and cons between the two.

On about naze/Skyline32 flight controller running CleanFlight. Im building a 250 FPV quad with it.
Been spoilt by the Naza in my 550 hex. Naza so easy to configure with the DJI software.

Yep, I do like the Naze chip, its good, cleanflight is a brill piece of software also.

I like the Naza GPS, although its a little more locked down with the software, Naze/cleanflight you can do a lot of tuning with

Someones just offered me £135 for naza on a forum, wondering if I should take it or try and get him to 140, or stick with auction

Sorry only replying now. £140 delivered is a good price!!!

I just bought an ImmersionRC EZUHF JR, 8CH Diversity RX, Diamond antenna. It arrived yesterday. A friend has one and done 21 miles on his

Today I'm trying to workout what FC to fit into my big bird, DJI Naza, A2 or SuperX

Ahh auction is ending soon for the F450 kit dont know if I should pull and split it up, I cant end auction early apparently ! unless I use an account to bid on it then log on to my account and end and sell to the bidder

What do I do!

I dont really seeing people needing parts now, however at the same time I would prefer to sell it as a whole, but I dont want any risk of someone coming back to me saying its not working when they may have bodged up their own build

Sod it, I pulled the F450, I didnt know what would happen, and there is an element of risk, I dont know if should have let it run or not, I have managed to not get charged fee's for this.

The guy on the forums said he couldnt do it as his wife would kill him, highest is £120 shipped, is up at £137 at the moment 2 hours to go on ebay

I've come in to contact with one of those you listed so not sure about the other two

If you end the listing don't think you get fees.

I can alway bid for you and stuff. Seen the frame has gone but seen the Naza is up.

Trust me if you want.

Its OK iv managed to sort it and avoid fees, see what happens with the naza I guess

I am in two minds on what to do with the frame kit now I guess sell as parts but should be ok

Well the kit would probably go for around £90-£100, although there were the talks about getting more (and being safer) by splitting the bits?

I got 51 people watching so should be ok on last minute bids on the naza

Went for £140 I didnt want to risk a proxy last minute bid tbh,
