Multiuser Online Spreadsheet

Quick query here. I've never heard of anything like this myself tbh but I recently needed it for a mate and myself.
Basically I want an excel style sheet that both myself and a friend can interract with, together, online. I can show him calculation and he can highlight stuff and say he doesnt understand anything and edit other lines to test stuff out etc.
Is there anything out there which allows this?

Is very good, our Guild uses it for Battle stats. Any member of the user group can edit the spread sheets.
