Multivitamin

Just looking for some advice on a good multivitamin. I don't mind the price I just need a good one as the one I'm currently using is some cheap rubbish. Don't mind if I need to buy a few other supplements to add on either.

You don't need it unless you have a particularly poor diet, in which case I'd improve that. Why do you feel you need multivitamins?

My diet is pretty poor some weeks when I'm travelling with work. I thought multivitamins were a common thing people took, maybe I'm wrong.
