mumble overlay gone

When using mumble in bc2 there used to be a list of names of the people in the lobby, for some reason this has gone?

i think this might be to do with the overlay tab but i cant find anyway to enable the list? Im not sure if i lost the list when i updated bc2.

mumble needs to start before the game.

and is it enabled in mumble?

started mumble then bc2, still the same?

Mumble overlay does not work with DX11. Set BC2 to DX10 to get it working.
